Brenda Arce is the author of the children’s book, Kissed by the Sun. Centered around embracing diversity and self-acceptance, Brenda’s inspiration came from growing up as Puerto Rican in the United States.   

Brenda’s business acumen and ability to cultivate and grow relationships, has led her to a successful 15-year career with Robert Half, a specialized staffing firm. Some of Brenda’s professional accomplishments include winning multiple times the President’s Club awards for personal growth and leadership. She also participated in mentorship programs for Robert Half as a mentee.

Outside of her work with Robert Half, Brenda was name the Chair for the Women’s Fund young professional group in 2014.  With her leadership the young professional group had different fundraising events involving young professionals in the area to help young girls and women in the Miami-Dade community, she managed this team for 3 year and then became their Advisor.  Currently, she is very involved as a Membership Ambassador for The Latina Pro movement. Supporting the personal and professional advancement of Latinas around the world.

She was also name in 2017 one of Florida’s most Powerful and Influential women by the Florida Diversity Council and in 2018 she was named Top 20 professionals under 40 by Brickell Magazine. 

Brenda is a lover of the arts and enjoys spending time with her son and family in Miami.
